WildMidi_ConvertBufferToMidi - Convert a MIDI-like buffer into a new MIDI buffer.

WildMidi_ConvertBufferToMidi (uint8_t */in/, uint8_t insize, uint8_t **/out/, uint32_t */outsize/)
DESCRIPTION
Takes a MIDI-like memory buffer as input and tries to detect, convert and write to a memory buffer in MIDI format.
- in
- The input buffer that contains MIDI-like content: XMI or MUS.
- insize
- The size of the input buffer.
- out
- The output buffer. It will be allocated with *malloc*() and must be *free*()d by the caller when it is no longer needed.
- outsize
- The size of the output buffer.
